Billing Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Billing Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern payment obligations and processes between EKSA Enterprises LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the customer (“you”). By purchasing through mobilityfreedomstore.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) and may change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, duties, or shipping unless otherwise specified.

2.3 Payment Due Date
Payments for one-time purchases are due immediately upon checkout. Subscription payments are due on the billing date of each cycle.
3. Invoicing
- Issuance: Invoices are generated upon order completion.
- Delivery: All invoices are emailed to the billing address provided during checkout.
- Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.
4. Late Payments
4.1 Interest on Late Payments
Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is less.
4.2 Suspension of Services
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your order or services until payment is received.
5. Disputed Charges
If you dispute any charge, you must notify us in writing within 15 days of the invoice date. Send details to support@mobilityfreedomstore.com including invoice number, reason, and supporting documentation. We will review and respond promptly.
6. Refunds and Credits
Refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
7. Taxes
Applicable sales taxes are calculated based on the shipping address. You are responsible for all taxes unless legally exempt and you provide valid exemption documentation before purchase.
8. Billing Errors
We correct billing errors immediately upon discovery. Overcharges will be refunded or credited; undercharges will be billed to you with notice.
9. Payment Security
- SSL encryption is used for all transactions.
- We comply with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
- We do not store full card details on our servers.
10. Modifications
We may modify these Billing Terms and Conditions as required. Updated terms are effective upon posting on our website.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to payment processing. Our liability will not exceed the amount you paid within six months preceding the issue.

These Billing Terms and Conditions, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EKSA Enterprises LLC regarding billing.
